Shipping Policy

At Avoriel, we work with international suppliers who ship products directly to the address provided at checkout.

Delivery Timeframes
Average delivery time is 5 to 12 business days, depending on the destination. Once payment is confirmed, orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.

Tracking
All orders include a tracking number, which will be sent via email so you can follow the progress of your shipment.

Partial Deliveries
If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking code.

Possible Taxes
In rare cases, customs may charge additional taxes or duties. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

Shipping Address
Please double-check your information before completing the purchase. If the address is incorrect or the recipient is unavailable, the package may be returned and re-shipped at the customer's expense.
