How do I place an order?
Visit avoriel.com, choose your product, click “Add to Cart” or “Buy Now,” and complete your purchase through our secure checkout.

Do you have a physical store?
No. Avoriel operates exclusively online at avoriel.com.

Do you ship to my country?
Yes. We ship to most Spanish-speaking countries, Spain, and the U.S. (Latin community). Shipping options appear at checkout based on your address.

How long does delivery take?
Processing: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery: 5–12 business days depending on location.
A tracking code will be emailed once your order ships.

Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Shop Pay. Some devices may allow Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Can I pay cash on delivery?
Not at this time. All payments must be made online.

Can I change my order or address?
We can modify orders only before they’re processed. Contact us ASAP at support@avoriel.com. After shipping, no changes can be made.

Can I add more items to an order?
No. Please place a new order for additional items.

Where are the products shipped from?
We ship from warehouses in the U.S., Europe, and Asia—whichever is fastest based on your location and item availability.

I received only part of my order. Is that normal?
Yes. If your order includes items from different warehouses, they may arrive separately. You’ll receive individual tracking codes for each package.

What’s your return and refund policy?
7 days for returns due to dissatisfaction, 30 days for defects. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds are processed after inspection. Shipping costs are non-refundable if the item is correct. Contact support@avoriel.com to begin the process.

What if my delivery is delayed?
Check the tracking status. If your order is past the estimated 5–12 business days, contact us and we’ll follow up with the carrier.
